We comply with local laws in relation to all practices described in this policy. If there is an inconsistency between this policy and the local law, we will comply with the local law to the extent of the inconsistency.

What information we collect

For participants: 

Application and contact information:

Name of the participant and their legal guardians, date of birth, email address, relationship degree; 
- Information in correspondence: Information you send to us, which may include chat messages, emails, and phone calls you make to us;
- Cookies, analytics, and third-party technologies. We collect information through the use of cookies, pixels, tags, and other similar tracking technologies.

For couches: 

Application and contact information:

Name, date of birth, age, email address, phone number, country, city, education information, place of employment, experience information, photo and video images; 
- Information in correspondence: Information you send to us, which may include chat messages, emails, and phone calls you make to us;
- Cookies, analytics, and third-party technologies. We collect information through the use of cookies, pixels, tags, and other similar tracking technologies

How we use your information

‍We use your information for the following purposes:
- To review and administrate your application;
- To respond to your inquiries;
- To communicate with you; 
- To promote the program.

How we share your information

With our corporate group:
We may disclose personal Information to our corporate subsidiaries or other entities affiliated with inDrive.

For marketing: We may cooperate with third-party marketing platforms and service providers to assist us and perform certain marketing services for us. We may also disclose personal information to share with the results of the Program on our social media pages. 

For legal reasons: We may disclose your personal information when it is necessary to comply with legal requirements or to protect the rights.

To support our global operations, we share your information with members of our corporate group and other entities outside of your country of residence. We transfer your personal information in accordance with law, and take steps to ensure that your information is appropriately protected.

Your rights and choices

Accessing, amending or deleting your data. You may access, amend or delete your personal information that we hold by contacting us at the email indicated at the end of this policy.

Managing cookies. You can delete cookies and modify your cookie settings on your browser. You may need to separately manage cookies for each type of browser or device. 

Asking us questions or raising a complaint. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about this policy or about how we treat your information. We retain your information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this policy. We may also need to retain some of your information for a longer period to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
