Roberto has an impressive 25 years of experience in football, specifically in community football in the rural sector of Quintero. He's worked as a children's football instructor for the Sports Corporation of his community and has been the Technical Director for children's activities of the Valle Alegre Sports Club. For Roberto, instilling values in each of his players in every practice session is fundamental for developing a sporting environment for boys and girls.
